BEESMUNC' 25
"From the flap of a wing, pollentics takes flight"
28th - 30th November 2025

Campus Principal's Testimonial

It gives me great pride, as Campus Principal, to support our school’s upcoming Model United Nations (MUN) conference - the BEESMUNC'25!!
Last year, we hosted our very first MUN and it was nothing short of inspiring. All of the visiting participants embraced the challenge with passion, creativity, and determination—stepping into the shoes of global leaders and tackling some of the world’s most pressing, engaging and consequential issues. The energy, professionalism, and collaboration on display made it clear that this event was not just an academic exercise, but a genuine platform for leadership, diplomacy, and global citizenship.
This year, we are determined to take the conference to even greater heights. Building on last year's success, our awesome team has worked tirelessly to design an experience that is even more engaging, inclusive, and impactful. With a broader range of committees, more participants, and an even higher level of debate and discussion, we believe this year’s
BEESMUNC will provide you with exceptional opportunities to sharpen your communication skills, expand your global awareness, and strengthen your confidence as the young changemakers that we so desperately need for a successful and sustainable future.
I wholeheartedly encourage you to fully immerse yourselves in the experience, whether as delegates, chairs, or behind-the-scenes organisers. The skills, friendships, and memories gained through MUN last far beyond the conference itself. This is a unique chance to develop leadership qualities, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the world we live in, and the people we share it with. I cannot wait to see how you will once again rise to the occasion and make this year’s BEESMUNC truly extraordinary.
We look forward to seeing you at Tenby International School Setia EcoHill for the BEESMUNC'25!!

Letter from Secretary General

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I extend a warm welcome to you as the Secretary-General of the upcoming BEESMUNC 2025, held at Tenby International School Setia EcoHill.

I am deeply honoured to lead a passionate and driven Secretariat Team that has worked with dedication and care to bring this conference to life. Throughout months of preparation, they have exemplified the very spirit of collaboration, resilience, and leadership that we hope to inspire in all our delegates. Together, we have envisioned a platform that encourages open dialogue, sparks critical thinking, and nurtures the leaders of tomorrow. In addition, as our 2nd BEESMUNC conference, we would like to give a huge thanks to last year’s Secretariat Team for their continued support and founding the base to bring this conference to light.

Our theme for this year, “From the flap of wings, pollentics take flight,” reflects our belief that even the smallest actions can lead to powerful global change. Just as bees contribute to ecosystems through tireless collective effort, we believe that each of you—through discussion, diplomacy, and debate—can help pollinate new ideas and cultivate a more connected and compassionate world. This theme is not just a celebration of individual initiative, but of the strength that comes from unity, vision, and action. We hope each session will challenge your perspectives, deepen your understanding, and fuel your passion to lead with empathy and purpose.

We believe BEESMUNC is more than just a conference room—it is a space to build friendships, forge networks, and create memories that last far beyond the closing ceremony. Whether this is your first MUN or your twelfth, we hope you leave this experience not only with greater political awareness, but with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility.
With immense anticipation and pride, we look forward to welcoming you to what we believe will be the most inspiring edition of BEESMUNC to date. On behalf of the entire Secretariat, we cannot wait to see you take flight.

Warm regards,
Seunghwan Jin

Letter from Deputy Secretary General

Welcome to the colosseum of diplomacy and debate!

I am Tan Je Xuan, your Deputy Secretary General, and I am honored to welcome you to BEESMUNC 2025.

We here at Tenby International School Setia Ecohill make it our utmost priority that all delegates, chairs and any other participants are able to confidently navigate the intricate web of foreign affairs, global issues and the social connections that tie everything together – all while doing so in a safe and secure environment.

As we enter this conference, I am thrilled to see what each and every delegate can bring to the table, and how their voices will shift the way we think about pressing issues. With vigorous passion, inventive solutions and sharp debates, this conference is so much more than an event. It is the birthplace of future leaders. So, on behalf of everyone in the secretariat team, we once again thank you for your support and participation in BEESMUNC 2025.

Take pride in the fact that by simply participating, award or not, you will experience tremendous personal growth. As the joy of Model United Nations comes not only from the debates to be had, but the experiences that accompany them. As the saying goes “it's not about the destination but the journey.” We encourage each delegate to familiarize themselves with their fellow participants and embrace the challenges and stress that are necessary for growth.

Let us all forge a new chapter of progress and growth – together we will make BEESMUNC 2025 a huge success!

Sincerely,
Tan Je Xuan
