MUN is a simulation of the United Nations where students roleplay as diplomats that represent different countries and they debate and negotiate solutions to real-world issues.
Rules of Procedure is the rules that dictate the flow of the debate, speaking times and voting procedures in an MUN committee session.
For this conference, most of the committees uses HMUN RoP, except for CRISIS and IPC which uses special RoP.
Participants of BEESMUNC’ 25 must be ages 12 or above and must be able to speak and write basic English.
All delegates are expected to do research on their assigned country’s stance on the given agenda, write a position paper, and prepare opening speeches.
Delegates are highly suggested to bring Phones, laptops/tablets, charger, water bottles, snacks and a bag to carry everything.
Delegates should be wearing professional business attire (e.g. suit, blazers, dress pants, blouses, dress, shoes) while avoiding casual wear.
Do please make sure your professional attire is comfortable as you will be standing and sitting for long periods of time.
Yes, all BEESMUNC’25 delegates receive a certificate of participation, and those who win awards get special certificates recognizing their achievements!
BEESMUNC’25 welcomes all delegates from near and far — whether you are a seasoned pro, or just a beginner delegate in the world of debate, you are free to join individually or with your friends!

Delegates will be provided with meals, snacks and drinks throughout the 3 days of conference, a certificate of participation, awards, and merchandise.
